What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Issuer Products, aligning product investments with revenue goals and customer outcomes.
- Conduct structured research with investor relations, corporate secretary, and communications teams.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and feature prioritization within the enterprise fintech SaaS landscape.
- Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and deliver releases.
- Lead 0→1 product initiatives, including validating problem statements, testing solutions, and measuring adoption and impact after launch.
- Define and monitor product analytics to evaluate usage, retention, and customer value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or SaaS products.
- Experience launching new products or major features from concept through market release.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize using customer insights, data, and business context.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
