Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY. In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $166,000–$195,000 USD (Zone 1 - Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Issuer Products, aligning product investments with revenue goals and customer outcomes.
• Conduct structured research with investor relations, corporate secretary, and communications teams.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and feature prioritization within the enterprise fintech SaaS landscape.
• Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and deliver releases.
• Lead 0→1 product initiatives, including validating problem statements, testing solutions, and measuring adoption and impact after launch.
• Define and monitor product analytics to evaluate usage, retention, and customer value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or SaaS products.
• Experience launching new products or major features from concept through market release.
• Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize using customer insights, data, and business context.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
