TL;DR

Product Manager (Crypto): Building and optimizing next-generation crypto trading experiences with an accent on trading UX, advanced order types, and market structure innovation. Focus on developing crypto-native CeDeFi functionality and integrating onchain products directly into the hirify.global app.

Location: This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Define and drive the strategy for hirify.global to be a leading platform for sophisticated and professional crypto traders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities across trading UX, execution quality, and market structure.
  • Ship advanced trading capabilities, exchange integrations, and routing improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Build and scale crypto-native CeDeFi experiences, embedding onchain products, staking, and DeFi-powered functionality.
  • Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve trading outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a consumer-facing product management role.
  • At least 1 year of experience shipping crypto products.
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.
  • Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making.
  • Experience in Crypto products.
