Product Manager (Fintech)

Product Manager (Fintech): Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's financial intelligence and analytics products with an accent on AI-native experiences, structured data products, and exploratory discovery. Focus on building intelligent financial insight tools, driving high-velocity execution, and reimagining customer interactions with financial data.

Location: Must work in-person at hirify.global's New York or San Francisco offices at least 2 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$325,000

hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech startup providing an all-in-one financial operations platform combining payments, corporate cards, vendor management, procurement, travel booking, and automated bookkeeping with AI-powered intelligence.

What you will do

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial intelligence and travel products.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional teams to build AI-powered financial insight experiences.
• Help finance teams better understand and manage finances through enhanced data access and interpretation.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate and evolve products.
• Lead small cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals balancing intuition and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person at NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week
• BA/BS in technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years product management or related experience.
• Strong product judgment at intersection of structured data, analytics, and workflows.
• AI fluency with hands-on experience and knowledge of current research/tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
