What you will do

• Transform ideas into scalable and secure production code with a focus on stability and performance.
• Translate stakeholder needs into concrete and functional software requirements.
• Design and build enterprise-grade PHP and Python (micro)services and AI-integrated applications.
• Professionalize Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by implementing testing, observability, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
• Work closely with AI Process Developers to connect Agentic AI-driven systems to the software.
• Ensure code quality and security by applying best practices and modern software patterns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of (professional) experience with PHP and/or Python software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production applications.
• Experience developing microservices and modern software architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and preferably MLOps principles.
• Knowledge of or interest in frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Neuron AI, or similar tools.
• You are fluent in Dutch (required) and English, both orally and in writing.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Symfony and/or FastAPI is a plus.
