TL;DR

AI Engineer: Converting Proof of Concepts into scalable software and bridging the gap between customer needs and software architecture with an accent on stability and performance. Focus on connecting Agentic AI-driven systems to the software and monitoring developments in the AI landscape.

Location: Hybrid (Denmark, Netherlands, Amsterdam, Germany, Berlin)

What you will do

Transform ideas into scalable and secure production code with a focus on stability and performance.
Translate stakeholder needs into concrete and functional software requirements.
Design and build enterprise-grade PHP and Python (micro)services and AI-integrated applications.
Professionalize Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by implementing testing, observability, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
Work closely with AI Process Developers to connect Agentic AI-driven systems to the software.
Ensure code quality and security by applying best practices and modern software patterns.

Requirements

At least 5 years of (professional) experience with PHP and/or Python software engineering.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production applications.
Experience developing microservices and modern software architectures.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and preferably MLOps principles.
Knowledge of or interest in frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Neuron AI, or similar tools.
You are fluent in Dutch (required) and English, both orally and in writing.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Symfony and/or FastAPI is a plus.
