Tech Lead – Agentic Product Delivery (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineerhirify.global teams deliverhirify.global agentic products from concept through production and operations.
• Define the technical roadmap and translate business opportunities into scalable product architectures and delivery plans.
• Establish reusable engineerhirify.global patterns, frameworks, orchestration capabilities, and delivery standards for agentic products.
• Drive modern software engineerhirify.global, AI engineerhirify.global, cloud-native development, DevOps, and platform engineerhirify.global practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, compliant, observable, and operationally ready.
• Coach engineers and collaborate with Product Leads, Architects, Data Scientists, Platform Engineerhirify.global, Security, Risk, and Operations.

Requirements

• Experience leadhirify.global software engineerhirify.global, AI engineerhirify.global, platform engineerhirify.global, or product development teams.
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineerhirify.global, platform engineerhirify.global, AI engineerhirify.global, or technology delivery, includhirify.global at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience deliverhirify.global complex, cloud-native enterprise products at scale in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience designhirify.global AI-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic systems, includhirify.global LLMs, RAG, prompt engineerhirify.global, agent frameworks, evaluation, monitorhirify.global, and governance.
• Strong understandhirify.global of API-first architectures, event-driven systems, microservices, distributed architectures, containerization, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments.
• Experience with Google Cloud technologies includhirify.global Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Development Kit, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, vector-enabled databases, Pub/Sub, Eventarc, Apigee, and cloud security and observability services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineerhirify.global, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
