Tech Lead – Agentic Product Operations & Reliability (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands

What you will do

• Establish the Agentic Product Run capability and define its long-term operating model.
• Build, coach, and develop an engineering team focused on production operations, reliability, and service excellence.
• Define operational standards covering observability, incident and problem management, support processes, platform health, SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Drive production readiness, safe operations, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and automation of monitoring, alerting, self-healing, and operational analytics.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Risk, Security, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders to embed operability and resilience into product design.
• Establish governance and controls for AI model performance, agent behavior, auditability, human-in-the-loop operations, and reusable operational patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Site Reliability Lead, Platform Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
• Experience operating large-scale digital, cloud-native, automation, AI, or data-driven products in production.
• Experience building and leading operational or reliability engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, incident management, problem management, and operational governance.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, agentic systems, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience in regulated environments with security, risk, and compliance controls, together with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
