Software Developer – AI-Native, With DevOps Focus (PHP)

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship features for the DanDomain Webshop platform within a Scrum team.
• Use AI agents such as Devin, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot agents to support development, review generated code, and improve prompts, guardrails, and workflows.
• Refine product stories with the Product Owner and focus on merchant outcomes.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and release flows.
• Manage Docker-based local, test, and production environments, including deployments, rollbacks, and configuration.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting; participate in incident response and automate and document DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience, ideally with web or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong experience with PHP 8.x, typed code, Composer, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience building Docker images and running local development environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development, or a demonstrable interest in practical applications and limitations of these tools.
• Product mindset and good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, or Linux server administration experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs into products through structured data, agent-readable APIs, or tool use.
• Production Kubernetes management experience.
• Experience working with a central operations team and maintaining CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
