What you will do

  • Identify and contact key decision makers to drive new business opportunities and conduct needs assessments.
  • Support marketing and sales through lead generation and qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to meet sales targets and develop communication plans.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to schedule online product demos and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1) is essential, additional languages are advantageous.
  • Previous client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong research skills and willingness to cold call and handle objections.
  • Technical aptitude to master CRM tools.
