What you will do

• Lead platform incident investigations and coordinate cross-functional teams to minimize customer impact.
• Conduct post-incident root cause analysis across infrastructure, services, and cloud providers.
• Design and implement alerting pipelines and observability workflows to improve detection coverage.
• Build automation tools and establish reusable monitoring patterns to resolve reliability gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Minimum 5 years experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or similar roles.
• Production experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty.
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages for automation tool development.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
