Senior Account Manager (Dach)

What you will do

• Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies, including upselling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
• Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators.
• Secure budget adherence and invoice approval.
• Ensure price adjustments, such as annual indexations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics.
• Experience from customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives.
• Be independent and confident in acting, prioritizing, and making decisions.
• Fluent in English and German.
