What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the Retailer Partnerships organization, guiding senior Vertical Leaders and Customer Success Managers.
• Build deep expertise in hirify.global’s solutions to secure new and expand existing retailer partnerships.
• Establish yourself as a trusted senior advisor and maintain a strong personal network within the DACH Retail Media landscape.
• Own and deliver revenue growth aligned with strategic objectives.
• Elevate team performance through mentoring and talent development.
• Drive strategic alignment across EMEA and contribute to regional Retail Media strategy.

Requirements

• Strong experience in leading and developing teams, including senior professionals in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the evolving local and international Retail Media landscape.
• Existing network within the Retail Media ecosystem is ideal for accelerating opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence Director- and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to identify, evaluate, and pursue complex, high-value opportunities.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
