What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the full sales cycle supported by specialized teams.
• Own and grow your business territory to increase footprint and build larger deals.
• Represent BMC as a brand ambassador internally and externally, building trust and confidence.
• Collaborate with product specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and ecosystem partners.
• Engage in global projects and innovate to solve everyday business challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austria or Switzerland with hybrid work setup.
• Proven experience in sales and account management with ability to lead and orchestrate resources.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to embody company values and work effectively both independently and as a team leader.
• English proficiency at least B2 level assumed due to job language.
