What you will do
- Own and drive sales-qualified deals from start to finish.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- Apply consultative selling and creative strategies to exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
- Strong hunter mentality and results-driven with a proven track record.
- Proficient in contract negotiation.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to build trust.
- Proactive and innovative approach.
- Full ownership and accountability for your activities.
- Native level of German and experience in the German-speaking market.
Nice to have
- Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Spanish language skills.
