Senior Technical Recruiter

Senior Technical Recruiter (HR Recruiting): Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for IT roles in the DACH region with an accent on candidate experience, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with hiring managers. Focus on delivering excellent candidate journeys, innovative sourcing methods, and supporting onboarding and recruitment projects.

Location: Remote within Germany with options for hybrid or office presence in multiple German cities including Berlin, Darmstadt, Hamburg, Magstadt, Munich, and Stuttgart. Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to contract negotiation for IT roles in the DACH region.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and support onboarding activities such as Welcome Days.
• Bring creative ideas to improve recruiting processes and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• Must have experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, including contract language proficiency.
• Proficiency with at least two ATS systems, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
• Strong relationship management skills and expertise in sourcing, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player willing to share knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Ashby, Hibob, Personio, and Google Workspace.
