What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of North America digital marketing paid programs across Google and Microsoft platforms
• Manage and support digital marketing managers executing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimization
• Create dashboards and reporting cadence for transparent campaign performance communication
• Ensure accurate measurement via GA4 configurations, tag management, and conversion tracking
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to optimize content and user journeys

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work hybrid from specified office locations
• 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
• 6+ years managing paid search, YouTube, and demand generation campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative instincts
• Experience managing and growing digital marketing teams
• Proven success working cross-functionally to drive results
