TL;DR

Senior Manager, Customer Marketing (AI): Building and scaling customer reference programs and creating high-impact customer proof to drive product demand and adoption with an accent on turning customers into vocal advocates for Weights & Biases. Focus on translating complex outcomes into clear, credible customer stories and measuring the impact of customer reference programs on pipeline and win rates.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, New York, NY, Livingston, NJ, or Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, but applicants must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations. Quarterly team gatherings and initial onboarding require presence at one of our hubs.

Salary: $161,000–$273,000

What you will do

  • Build and scale the customer reference program for Weights & Biases products.
  • Recruit, manage, and nurture customer advocates across various industries and use cases.
  • Support revenue and go-to-market teams by providing timely customer references for active deals.
  • Create high-impact customer proof by enabling participation in webinars, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Manage review and ratings programs like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in building and managing customer references or PMM.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting on program success and anticipating growth needs.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to improving processes and collaborating with team members.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • English: B2 required.

  • Passion for measuring the impact of work on market awareness and demand.
  • Ability to build relationships with customer champions and executives.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to translate technical wins into inspiring AI narratives.
