What you will do

• Architect and implement web strategies to drive growth in traffic, engagement, contacts, and product sign-ups.
• Optimize website performance by diagnosing and repairing underperforming pages and recommending system solutions.
• Lead design and user experience efforts, collaborating with design professionals to enhance the customer journey.
• Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing and experiment strategies to improve website performance.
• Provide leadership and recommendations for user experience improvements accommodating complex user personas.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with offices in multiple US cities including Livingston, New York, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and Bellevue.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
• 3-5 years of experience building and managing websites in the technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills to report on website performance and support growth.
• Self-driven and proactive with ability to collaborate across teams.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (job posted in English).

• Experience using AI tools to build websites.
• Curiosity about user engagement and developer/IT executive interactions with web content.
• Expertise in testing techniques for continuous improvement of engagement metrics.
