What you will do
- Architect and implement web strategies to drive growth in traffic, engagement, contacts, and product sign-ups.
- Optimize website performance by diagnosing and repairing underperforming pages and recommending system solutions.
- Lead design and user experience efforts, collaborating with design professionals to enhance the customer journey.
- Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing and experiment strategies to improve website performance.
- Provide leadership and recommendations for user experience improvements accommodating complex user personas.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with offices in multiple US cities including Livingston, New York, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and Bellevue.
- Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience building and managing websites in the technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills to report on website performance and support growth.
- Self-driven and proactive with ability to collaborate across teams.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher (job posted in English).

- Experience using AI tools to build websites.
- Curiosity about user engagement and developer/IT executive interactions with web content.
