Salary: $115,000–$168,000 USD

• Architect and implement web strategies to drive significant growth in traffic, engagement, contacts, and product sign-ups.
• Optimize website performance by diagnosing and repairing underperforming pages and recommending system solutions.
• Lead website design and user experience by collaborating with design professionals and documenting the customer journey.
• Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
• Provide leadership and recommendations for user experience improvements, accommodating complex user personas.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building and managing websites in the technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting on website performance and anticipating changes.
• Self-driven and proactive in finding ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members.
