Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD, plus equity

What you will do

• Own pipeline by channels to drive net new business and accelerate deals.
• Test and creatively explore new channels across the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Manage the paid media budget and deliver regular reporting and insights from different marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a growing digital marketing team.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing channels, including all paid media (paid search, display, social).
• Build out an ABM (Account Based Marketing) practice, supporting 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 with strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels.
• 5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products is a strong plus).
• Expert reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Highly organized and comfortable with working to deadlines.
• Exceptional at multitasking.
• Must be based in the US.
