What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end global campaign strategy and execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and support multi-touch campaigns for regional marketing managers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Alliances, and Sales teams.
  • Optimize campaign performance using qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Austin, Texas, USA.
  • 7+ years of experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using data and metrics.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with dbt personas, developer communities, analytics engineering, and open-source ecosystems.
