What you will do

• Work closely with sales and pre-sales SAs to help customers design optimal cloud solutions using BytePlus cloud services.
• Develop a deep understanding of BytePlus cloud service technical principles and use cases.
• Conduct market insight and typical customer scenario analysis for internet, automotive, finance, and retail industries.
• Develop customized solutions for various business scenarios based on typical customer needs and product advantages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience, preferably solution engineering, IT solution consultant and pre-sale role.
• Rich experience with public cloud services including compute, storage, database, network, containers, or cloud native.
• Hands-on experience in supporting cross-cloud migration, IDC to cloud migration, and migration of products including ECS, storage, database, network, and containers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IT architecture of typical enterprises in internet, automotive, retail, or finance industries.
• Strong learning agility with excellent communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous “startup” environments; self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.
