What you will do

• Design optimal BytePlus cloud solutions with sales and pre-sales solution architects based on customer business, technical architecture, and infrastructure requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices across compute, storage, databases, networks, containers, and cloud-native services.
• Communicate the technical advantages and business value of BytePlus Cloud to customer decision-makers to support business conversion.
• Analyze customer scenarios and market trends across internet, automotive, finance, and retail industries to inform product planning.
• Develop customized solutions for cloud migration, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and AI application innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in solution engineering, IT solution consulting, or pre-sales.
• Strong experience with public cloud services, including one or more of compute, storage, databases, networks, containers, or cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience supporting cross-cloud migration and IDC-to-cloud migration involving compute, storage, databases, networks, and containers.
• Strong communication skills, learning agility, and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous problems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise IT architectures in the internet, automotive, retail, or finance industries.
• Experience designing and implementing public cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
