Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and oversee end-to-end technical architectures for enterprise and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Guide the integration of hirify.global AI accelerators and server LLMs into customer environments.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, including technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, and tailored demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and cloud customers and support solution deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams on go-to-market strategies, product roadmap improvements, and customer success stories.
• Mentor and lead solution architects and technical experts while representing hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GPGPUs, AI accelerators, and server LLMs in enterprise or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of modern data center architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
• Experience deploying AI models at scale and using benchmarking tools such as MLPerf or vLLM Benchmarking.
• Experience in pre-sales, consulting, technical leadership, or direct customer engagements.
• Fluent oral and written English; a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing technical teams or leading customer initiatives.

• Proficiency in Korean.
