Location: Must be based in the United States, specifically St. Louis. This role is highly field-based requiring 70–80% travel.

What you will do

  • Build and grow the merchant network through proactive prospecting and closing new business.
  • Execute a field-first strategy by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local community events.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Act as a local market expert to identify untapped growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Maintain disciplined sales activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and regional multi-night travel.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with inside sales proficiency.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
