What you will do
- Manage and grow a diverse book of business with fitness and wellness partners in your market.
- Drive revenue and reservation growth, focusing on partner retention and market-wide supply health.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with studio owners and managers, advocating for their needs internally.
- Support partners by helping them grow their business and adopt new hirify.global products.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to maintain your sales pipeline and deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
Requirements
- Right to work in Portugal.
- Proven experience in account management with strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage processes and priorities to consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using data and market trend analysis to make actionable recommendations.
