• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development for active requisitions.
• Support interview scheduling with client hiring managers.

Requirements

• Minimum C1 proficiency in English and German languages.
• Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Experience in RPO environments is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize diverse stakeholder needs.
