What you will do
- Drive growth metrics by owning the strategy and execution for key growth levers, focusing on customer outcomes.
- Prove customer value by developing and defending "strong opinions" on how to demonstrate value to users.
- Lead a group of engineers and designers to deliver a vision that is actionable, research-backed, and ROI-driven.
- Mentor other PMs, leveling up their product discovery, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Partner with the organization to clarify requirements and navigate complex problem spaces across squads.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management, specifically within SaaS.
- Proven track record of moving the needle on retention and growth metrics.
- Strategic and opinionated with the ability to articulate and defend a product vision.
- Knowledge that the future of product management goes through amplifying efforts through AI.
- Mentor and coach with a natural ability to level up those around you.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the SMB (Small-to-Medium Business) space.
- Background in early-stage startups or "internal startups" within larger companies.
- Experience mentoring senior PMs and setting organizational product standards.
