Salary: $157,600 - $226,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the dialer vision, strategy, and roadmap, including quarterly planning and prioritization.
• Lead improvements in dialing workflows across Tasks, People, Sequences, and reporting to increase efficiency and adoption.
• Drive platform reliability, performance, and instrumentation in partnership with engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and GTM teams to align and execute.
• Introduce innovative features including AI-assisted workflows and smarter prioritization to enhance sales execution.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record owning core product areas end to end, including strategy and execution.
• Experience with sales execution products such as dialers, sales engagement platforms, or pipeline tools.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• High agency and ability to work in ambiguous environments with measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency in performance, reliability, and integrations.

• Experience with AI and automation in product workflows.
