Salary: $165,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Lead the strategy for the AI-driven Marketing Suite, including autonomous sales agents.
• Innovate the core consumer platform, focusing on homeowner journey and demand generation.
• Own the end-to-end lead fulfillment process to ensure conversion and automated qualification.
• Develop multi-channel demand generation tools beyond hirify.global.
• Implement AI-driven gating to protect professionals from spam and ensure high-value opportunities.
• Build attribution and reporting dashboards to prove Marketing Suite's revenue generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with large-scale B2C or B2B2C products.
• Deep understanding of Conversational AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Experience managing high-traffic content or social platforms with a focus on conversion.
• Track record of owning both top-of-funnel (engagement/discovery) and bottom-of-funnel (monetization/fulfillment).
• Ability to analyze complex project-matching algorithms and multi-channel attribution models.
• Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Successfully launched new product tracks or "startup within a company."
• Hands-on experience building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks.
• Background in Marketplace or SaaS growth, specifically moving users from "Free/Organic" to "Paid/Subscription."
