What you will do

• Define and evolve the CX assurance product strategy aligned with customer needs and hirify.global’s agentic platform vision.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand CX challenges and agentic workflows.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through requirements, delivery, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, architecture, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams with clear product positioning and value propositions.
• Support go-to-market launches, pricing strategy, and packaging decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management.
• Strong background in customer experience (CX), ideally with contact centers or CX platforms.
• Solid understanding of modern communication channels including voice, mobile messaging, and digital communications.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and their use within CX environments, including orchestration and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and analytics pipelines.
• Strong ability to prioritize complex demands and excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
