What you will do

• Lead the delivery and execution of the Behavioral Safety product roadmap.
• Shape the vision and strategy for the future of Behavioral Safety on the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering, ML Engineers, and data scientists to understand problems and manage a prioritized backlog.
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions to define initiatives and ensure data-driven prioritization.
• Define, track, and report on performance using relevant metrics to senior leadership.
• Influence product engineering teams to successfully advance Safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background in large-scale distributed systems and platform architecture.
• Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) solutions and conversant with ML concepts.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions and modern cloud technologies (microservices, Kubernetes, CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Comfortable gathering own data and deriving insights, with preferred experience in SQL.
