What you will do
- Qualify, progress, and close deals alongside hirify.global partners to meet personal quota
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, and marketing leads
- Manage and track sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate closely with channel partners to find and close deals
- Communicate hirify.global’s product features and benefits in privileged access security
- Support marketing campaigns and events internally and with partners
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- Minimum 3 years experience leading sales cycles with quota of $500k+ annually
- Experience in solution-based selling in Technology/IT sector
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a matrix organization
- Some travel outside office and/or country required
- No visa sponsorship available
