Salary: $150,000–$170,000 Base + Bonus (based on Colorado market data)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs across North America Operations.
• Define execution architecture, including sequencing strategy and dependency alignment.
• Evaluate and prioritize complex interdependencies across concurrent programs to optimize integration.
• Anticipate scaling constraints, reliability exposure, and operational friction points.
• Serve as accountable program lead for initiatives with significant operational and executive visibility.
• Define and continuously improve TPM standards, frameworks, and execution best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 8–14+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level initiatives with multiple intersecting workstreams.
• Experience influencing senior operational and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced systems thinking with ability to evaluate interdependencies across concurrent programs.
• Ability to identify and mitigate systemic risk across multi-domain initiatives.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and adhere to a flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or similar).
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure models and operational reliability frameworks.
• Experience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments.
