Salary: $160,000 – $188,000

What you will do

• Design and own quarterly and annual planning processes to translate business priorities into enablement roadmaps with clear success metrics.
• Establish and manage the operating rhythm, including recurring cadences for priority setting, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create a measurement and analytics strategy, defining KPIs to link enablement activities to outcomes such as quota attainment and time-to-productivity.
• Act as a strategic partner and chief of staff to leadership, managing cross-functional projects and driving GTM alignment.
• Optimize enablement systems and processes, including learning management systems (LMS), content repositories, and reporting infrastructure.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement rapid problem-solving to increase team velocity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or sales operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of designing strategic roadmaps and operating rhythms for GTM or enablement teams.
• Deep expertise in measurement and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience acting as a chief of staff or strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Strong systems thinking and experience optimizing enablement platforms (LMS, CMS, analytics tools).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
