Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.

• Understand how users really use search and what drives long‑term business outcomes.
• Drive product features that bridge traditional search and an AI‑first world.
• Identify and size feature opportunities and build compelling product narratives.
• Design and run experiments to demonstrate measurable user and business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Scientists.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the industry landscape and evolving search behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Experience driving measurable product improvements through experimentation.
• Experience working on AI‑powered, data‑driven, or intelligent consumer products.
• Solid partnership experience with design, engineering, and data science teams.
• Solid UX and product craft instincts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to influence outcomes through storytelling, insights, and judgment.
• Hands‑on experience with experimentation frameworks.
