Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 base

What you will do

  • Own a book of business and lead client kick-off sessions to align on goals, stakeholders, KPIs, and implementation timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and manage client relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and platform training on HCP365 dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics features.
  • Help clients apply HCP365 insights to improve marketing performance and campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate technical implementation, including pixel tagging timelines, pixel deployment, troubleshooting and platform integrations.
  • Monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in account management, customer success, or client services within digital marketing, ad tech, martech, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare marketing clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, campaign measurement, or marketing data platforms preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead presentations, demos, and training sessions
  • Comfort working with data, analytics dashboards, and technical implementation concepts
