Location: Onsite in San Francisco, 5 days per week

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage the customer-facing team responsible for driving customer value and product adoption.
• Own outcomes across multiple strategic workstreams, including customer projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships, both internally and with customers, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Deliver customer projects directly while coaching and developing team members.
• Identify systemic opportunities to improve how customers realize value from hirify.global and drive projects to address them.
• Partner with leadership to shape team strategy, resource allocation, and operational priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in management consulting, strategic advisory, or a senior operational role at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience managing teams, having built, led, and developed people in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and outcomes.
• High-ownership mentality, operating with autonomy and holding yourself accountable for results.
• Excited about in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
