TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Leading and developing a team of Account Managers to achieve ambitious sales and customer retention goals with an accent on coaching, client relationship management, and strategic account growth. Focus on identifying opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and optimizing revenue generation through data-driven insights.

Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs, specifically within the US (e.g., Boston) due to US-specific benefits and compensation structure. Relocation support is available to move to one of our hubs.

Salary: $114,500–$135,000 (base), with an additional $35,000 in on-target variable earnings.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior and SMB Account Managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring target achievement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advocating for the company's value proposition and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic account growth opportunities using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion through proactive engagement.
  • Track team performance against KPIs, analyze sales data, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging travel technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within the travel or SaaS industry.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team success.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • English is the official language; resumes must be submitted in English.
