What you will do

• Lead the successful completion and delivery of complex customer engagements, providing leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
• Deliver on commitments by producing quality deliverables, status reports, and program/project plans on time.
• Effectively manage program aspects including scope, schedule, financials, risk, quality, and resources.
• Actively participate in regular reviews of high-risk and key engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships throughout the presales and delivery processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer questions or concerns, facilitating rapid resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in a company similar to hirify.global or within the Financial Services field.
• Past experience managing large, complex engagements with enterprise customers.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PS Operations and a strong ability to drive delivery management.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI, Data Management, and big data technologies.
• Experience working with PSA tools.
