What you will do
- Own hirify.global’s self-serve revenue growth.
- Drive organic and product-led growth initiatives.
- Increase user invitations and product-driven adoption.
- Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows.
- Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions.
- Analyze product usage and growth metrics to identify opportunities and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering.
Requirements
- 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)
- Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation.
- Comfort working with product and user data.
- Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them).
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end.
- High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives.
