What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Expertly manage Google Ads and Bing Ads to capture high-intent B2B traffic.
• Write compelling ad copy, create ad variants, and provide detailed briefings for creative assets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between global regions to localize successful strategies for the Brazilian market.
• Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and content, and align with sales, brand, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Must reside in Brazil.
• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory for global team collaboration.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in paid media and digital marketing.
• Mandatory experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Experience in managing campaigns and budgets.
• Comfortable working with CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic media.
• Spanish language skills.
