What you will do
- Manage partner accounts, engagement, and growth, building strong relationships.
- Support partners through onboarding and enablement to achieve customer business objectives.
- Track feedback, oversee partner-managed projects, and drive improvements for service quality and KPI attainment.
- Own forecasting and strategic partner allocation across the region, aligning capacity with customer demand.
- Work with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth customer implementations and information exchange.
- Guide partners in adopting hirify.global’s standard delivery models and advocate best practice methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in Service Partner Success/Management, Professional Services or Delivery Management.
- Solid understanding or experience in professional services and partnerships functions.
- Commercial knowledge or experience pertaining to services, CS & SaaS.
- Proven experience working in SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies.
- Experience with tools including Slack, Zendesk and Tableau.
- Background in HR/HRM.
