What you will do

• Direct and mentor a team of Sub-Regional Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery standards.
• Define the long-term regional services roadmap, aligning headcount growth with bookings forecasts and emerging use cases.
• Maintain total P&L accountability, including revenue attainment, gross margin targets, and organizational utilization.
• Drive regional Service Productization to turn bespoke engagements into repeatable, scalable service offerings.
• Partner with Sales leadership to integrate services strategy into the Big Deal motion as a strategic accelerator.
• Oversee regional risk management and act as the final executive escalation point for complex commercial engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or Management Consulting within the Enterprise Software/Data space.
• 5+ years of experience leading a multi-layered organization with direct responsibility for subordinate people managers.
• Proven success managing a $5-10M+ P&L in a high-growth SaaS or Database environment.
• High-level fluency in the Graph Database landscape and understanding of enterprise-scale data silos.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using PSA and CRM data for forecasting and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with offshore and nearshore partner models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/Certinia, Gong, and Tableau reporting tools.
