What you will do

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale platform migration across multiple teams and business units.
• Develop and maintain migration runbooks, defining activities, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams alongside external delivery partners and suppliers.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues.
• Translate requirements into actionable delivery plans in collaboration with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication throughout the programme.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience delivering complex platform migration or technology transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience as a Delivery Manager with a focus on planning and execution.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product management.
• Experience creating migration runbooks, implementation plans, or similar operational documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and suppliers.
