What you will do

• Own regional Professional Services performance, including P&L, revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Lead pre-sales engagements to validate delivery scope, timelines, and commercial assumptions.
• Oversee project execution, governance, and quality standards across the regional portfolio.
• Manage and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent growth.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and coordinate recovery plans.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure alignment on customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven track record in managing services revenue, margin, and portfolio performance.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, BI, EPM, CPM, or FP&A transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management of regional teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar platforms like Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or OneStream.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Scrum Master.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments and working with system integrators.
• Additional European language skills.
