hirify.global is a company seeking a strategic talent acquisition leader for its European operations.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition priorities and hiring strategy.
  • Lead and oversee recruitment strategy and delivery across internal recruiters, RPO partners, and external agencies for the European region.
  • Manage performance and provide guidance to RPO partners, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
  • Leverage hiring data, market insights, and external benchmarking to influence decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment effectiveness, strengthen pipelines, and support proactive workforce planning.
  • Create and deliver regional dashboards, talent insights, and hiring quality reports for HR and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including ownership of regional or functional hiring outcomes within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Previous or current people management experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders and HR Business Partners, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Deep understanding of talent markets, recruitment strategy, and workforce planning.
  • Experience overseeing recruitment delivery models, including internal recruiters, RPO partners, and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience leveraging hiring data, market insights, and benchmarking.
  • Experience with enterprise ATS and talent technologies (preferably Workday).
