TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech): Elevating and scaling product and engineering teams by managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate management with an accent on strategically building high-performing, diverse teams and optimizing interview processes. Focus on identifying top talent and developing innovative ways to reach new talent while maintaining company culture.

Location: Hybrid, must work three days per week from the London office.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D (product engineering, infrastructure, data), Commercial, and G&A roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience from first outreach to offer stage.
  • Actively source for roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced pipelines.
  • Identify top talent and continuously refine and optimize interview processes.
  • Train teams to become better in recruiting, ensuring the quality of hires.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • High volume recruitment experience supporting mid to senior level technical roles.
  • Extensive hands-on sourcing experience across various seniority levels.
  • Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Willingness and availability to work from our London office three days a week.
