What you will do

• Recruit exceptional candidates to join rapidly growing teams
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles
• Develop and refine interview processes to improve assessment quality and candidate experience
• Advise on talent acquisition strategies and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline
• Screen and interview candidates, promote hirify.global as an employer of choice
• Drive offer processes and ensure excellent candidate experience

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C2) is required
• 3+ years experience recruiting for banking, tech, or corporate leadership roles
• Experience working with and influencing C-level stakeholders
• Proven track record in high-growth, dynamic environments
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment agencies, hyper-growth startups, or fintech
• Fluency in additional languages
