Location: Remote (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, UK)

Salary: PLN14,000 - PLN16,500 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Recruit top-of-the-market executive talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
• Facilitate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Drive the offer process and close candidates.
• Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for banking, tech, or corporate leadership positions.
• Expertise working with and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
• Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts.
• Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
• Fluency in other languages.
