Executive Recruiter (HR): Recruiting top-tier executive talent and C-level stakeholders, developing first-class hiring strategies, and optimizing candidate experience with an accent on enhancing assessment quality and driving the offer process. Focus on implementing modern sourcing methods, meeting ambitious timelines, and contributing to the growth and scaling of high-performing teams.
Location: Remote (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, UK)
Salary: PLN14,000 - PLN16,500 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do
- Recruit top-of-the-market executive talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
- Facilitate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Drive the offer process and close candidates.
- Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for banking, tech, or corporate leadership positions.
- Expertise working with and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
- Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts.
- Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
- Fluency in other languages.
