What you will do

  • Source, screen, and progress candidates end-to-end through interview pipelines.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using various tools like LinkedIn headhunting and ATS.
  • Interview candidates, prioritising cultural fit and an amazing candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Work collaboratively across the Global Talent Team.
  • Take a consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on speed, quality, and diversity.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing and screening talent is essential.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual screening calls to assess cultural fit.
  • Experience recruiting across technology or fast-moving businesses, or mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and make recommendations based on data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
