Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Drive delivery capability and deliver optimum solutions to clients, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead large technology and business change projects, including scoping overall deliverables and timeframes.
• Act as a Scrum Master, delivering projects following Agile methodology and Kanban.
• Manage system integration projects that span technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Communicate clearly to management, team members, and customers to build trust.
• Contribute to a wider community of professionals, providing knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex projects within project and program management roles.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Experience working within structured Change and Release Management processes.
• Financial management of projects in excess of £1M, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation.
• Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects and must hold an active UK Security Clearance.
