Location: Hybrid role, requiring 2 to 4 days per week on-site with customers throughout the UK. When not on client sites, work from the London office or remotely from elsewhere within the UK. Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping and planning through to final implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborate side-by-side with Defence stakeholders and technical teams to design innovative AI tools.
• Manage project development cycles to ensure a rigorous delivery approach and maximum operational value.
• Form strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute compelling proposals and business pitches to identify and grow new commercial opportunities within the Defence sector.
• Translate complex technical requirements and AI capabilities into actionable strategies that meet the unique needs of the UK Defence community.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for the application of AI within the Defence and National Security sector.
• Proven track record in professional services, ideally from a high-growth consulting, technology, or data-driven background.
• Full ownership of project success, ensuring high-quality written deliverables and maintaining focus on impact and excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable managing senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Significant experience working alongside technical teams to deliver complex software or data science projects, ideally within the AI space.
• Practical, self-starting problem solver who can identify potential bottlenecks early and proactively implement solutions.
