What you will do

• Own day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation to close.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and solution areas.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Track engagement financials, manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project and programme management disciplines.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
